First Month Recap
This was a good, but rocky start off. I had some good days and some bad ones when it came to my diet. I’ll try to keep to the regimen of just fresh fruits and veggies and lean protein. Very little carbs and no white foods filled with refined sugars. And no fast food because that’s what gets me.
My workouts are going great! I am proud to say I haven’t missed any, even though I wanted to bail Friday. Having a gym buddy is such a great idea because when you don’t want to go they can push you to tough it out, and the same for the workouts. I discovered I have more upper body strength than I thought but I have no control over my core. Doing planks killed me! My endurance is 55 seconds and after doing reps of 20 seconds, I can’t hold it past the second set. That sucks (lol) but hopefully in another month I can make positive reviews.
So my phone needs to be replaced which means I can’t post as often or upload my meals. I’m not thrilled about that but hey, new phone for me :D
And here are the stats! I figure every first Sunday/Monday of the new month is a good time to have the recap. I think I did pretty well for the first month. The measurements for the neck look wrong to me. I don’t think it was 18″ to start but I didn’t record it anywhere else so I can’t say what it’s supposed to be.
